Our pharmacy informatics-focused podcast content page and video content page are now live!

Thank you to everyone who’s been supporting us ever since we first announced the academy. We’re still hard at work with creating new content for you and organizing the page to be a user-friend hub of information for pharmacy informatics. In the meantime, we’re happy to announce that we’ve completed our Podcast Content and Video Content pages on pharmacy informatics-related information.

Podcast Content

  • Pharmacy, IT, & Me: Your Informatics Pharmacist Podcast
    • Dr. Tony Dao hosts this podcast where he interviews multiple pharmacists that work in the healthcare informatics and technology field. He also talks about healthcare IT news and provides some introductory episodes to concepts of pharmacy informatics.
  • RxRadio (select episodes)
    • Dr. Richard Waithe hosts this podcast where he interviews many different pharmacists on what they do and how they got into their career path. Some episodes are focused on healthcare technology.
  • CorConsultRx (select episodes)
    • Drs. Mike Corvino and Cole Swanson host this evidence-based podcast where occasionally they have guests on the show to talk about different topics in the field of pharmacy.
  • Pharmacy Residency Podcast (select episodes)
    • Dr. Tony Guerra discusses many aspects on his podcast in relation to pharmacy residency and pharmacy residency tips. He also interviews different pharmacists in regards to their journey towards residency. Select episodes are with pharmacy informatics residents.

Video Content

  • ImproRx (informatics playlist)
    • Dr. Brian Fung hosts this YouTube channel all about improving your life as a pharmacist. He is a pharmacy informaticist and has a playlist of videos focused on pharmacy informatics.
  • The Non-Traditional Pharmacist (select videos)
    • A team of pharmacists host this YouTube and podcast, and they’ve interviewed multiple pharmacists in many non-traditional roles, including pharmacy informatics.
  • Kevin Yee YouTube (select videos)
    • Dr. Kevin Yee hosts this YouTube page about his personal journeys through pharmacy. He occasionally has interview episodes with pharmacy informatics professionals.
