Google Summer of Code Mentor – David Vu

Congrats to our own at Pharmacy Informatics Academy, David Vu, for becoming a Google Summer of Code Mentor through OpenEMR!  Google Summer of Code is a global program that brings student developers from all of the world to work in free, open source development projects.  These open source organizations provide mentors to the students during this 3 month program to help provide real world exposure to software development.  The students themselves are able to learn more about the community and contribute code to the code base.  David will be serving as a one of the mentor for the Hybrid App Supporting Image Processing project.  Read more on the official Google Summer of Code site here
